Data Deletion Request

Your right to deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and workspace data from Mideeye Chat. This includes your profile, conversations, customers, AI agents, knowledge base entries, and all workspace-related data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@mideeye.chat with the following:

• Your account email address
• Your workspace name (found in Settings)
• The subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• A brief confirmation that you are the workspace owner

What happens next

• We verify your identity as the workspace owner within 48 hours
• Upon verification, all workspace data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
• Deletion is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered

Data retained for legal compliance

Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations (e.g., billing records for tax purposes). This data is kept securely and deleted once the legal retention period expires.

Immediate account closure

If you need faster deletion, you can cancel your subscription and delete your workspace from Settings → Workspace → Delete Workspace. This action is immediate and irreversible.
