Mideeye Chat is a customer communication platform. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle and how workspaces keep their data separate. It is provided as a summary for this website and is not a substitute for a full legal privacy notice.
Workspace data isolation
Each workspace stores its own customers, conversations, agents, and reports. Data created in one workspace is not made visible to other workspaces, and access is scoped by workspace membership and role.
Account information
When you create an account, we store the profile details you provide so your team can collaborate. Authentication is handled by a managed provider, and passwords are never stored in a readable form by the application.
Customer conversations
Messages, customer profiles, and assignments belong to the workspace that created them. They are used only to operate the product for that workspace and are shown only to its members according to their role.
